What is a baseline report?

Your funder may require an initial assessment of the situation or context before the intervention. This is called a baseline report.

What is a progress report?

  • Once your program or initiative has begun, many funders require regular reporting. This may occur every 4, 6, 12 months, for instance. These are called progress reports, and the information included covers the period of time since your last progress report.
  • The number of progress reports you are responsible for depends on the overall length of your program or initiative and the agreement you have in place with your funder.

What is a final report?

  • Once your program or initiative is complete, your funder will require that you submit a final report.
