How can I view my reports?

Where can I create reports?

1.   Click on the Reports button on the left-hand navigation panel.

2.  Click the Outcome reports tab.

3.  Select your program from the Step 1 bin.

4.  Select your impact framework from the Step 2 bin.

5.  Select measures from the Step 3 bin.

6.  Select the reporting period Step 4 bin.

7.  Click the Generate report button.

 

Key things to remember

  • As you select your options from the step-by-step bins, you can also search for specific programs, impact frameworks, and measures using the Search field in each drop-down menu.
  • In the Step 1 bin, you can only generate reports for one level at a time. For example, if you select 2 levels in the Step 1 bin, the report will be generated for the level higher up on the organization structure.
  • To review reports for multiple levels from the Step 1 bin, check off the box in the Compare bin to compare your program with other levels.

 

How can I export my reports?

1.  Repeat steps from the How can I generate reports section of this article.

2.  Click the Export button beside each report to view exporting options.

3.  Download report in the following formats: PNG files, JPEG files, PDF documents, SVG vector images.

4.  To print the chart, click Print chart button.

 

Key things to remember

You can customize the type of chart you see by clicking options such as Bar charts, Pie charts and Line charts. 

When should I use each type of chart?             Description
Bar charts Useful for assessing sums and totals.
Pie charts Helpful for analyzing data that involves a series of options.
Line charts Helpful to observe trends when there are multiple report periods.

 

 

How can I create more customized reports?

1.  Click on the Reports button on the left-hand navigation panel.

2.  Click the Outcome reports tab.

3.  Select options from the Step 1 – Step 4 bins.

4.  Click the Show more filters button.

5.  Select the number of indicators you wish to see per page from the Pagination bin.

6.  If applicable, check off the box in the Compare bin to compare your program with the highest reporting level.

7.  Click the arrows in the Chart font size bin to adjust the size of text in the legend of generated report.  

8.  Click the Generate report button to view the report.

9.  Select Show less filters button to hide expanded filters.

 

How can I save my reports?

1.   Click the Save button to your report.

2.  Write name of your report in the Save a new report field.

3.  If updating a previously saved report,

a) Generate the updated report.

b) Select the report from the Overwrite an existing report drop-down menu.

c) Click the Submit button to save the updated report.

4.  Check Show on Dashboard box to show your report on the Dashboard .

5.  Click the Submit button.

6.  Click the OK button to return to Reports page.

 

How can I manage my reports?

1.  To view a report, select the report from the Please select a report drop down menu.

2.  Select the name of the report.

3.  To delete a report, click the Delete button.

 

Key things to remember

  • If you do not save a report to your dashboard, the report will be saved to the Reports page and accessible from the Please select a report drop down menu.
